Rusty Fig Verdelho displays strong cool climate varietal characteristics that are cleaner and fresher than Verdelho produced in hotter climate regions like the Hunter.

It is very aromatic, with floral notes and complex stone fruit and citrus flavours, has a long full palate and a crisp fruit finish.

The wine is a distinctive aperitif and an excellent match with pork, poultry and savoury Asian dishes.

Verdelho 2019

This wine exhibits the typical plum and red berry fruit characteristics of Tempranillo, with a lovely soft palate, fine tannins, good length and savory notes.

The wine is drinking very well now and will continue to improve over the next 6 years or so.

Ideal with grilled and roasted meats and Mediterranean dishes.

Tempranillo 2018

This wine is offered for the first time in 2018 in strictly limited quantities. Made with Savagnin grapes using the 'ancestral method' for sparkling wine in which the secondary fermentation occurs naturally in the bottle.  It is frequently referred to as Pet Nat (Pétillant-naturel).

The flavour and fragrance are of intense fruit with a lively, easy drinking style. Best drunk within 2 years of bottling.

Natural Sparkling 2019

Rusty Fig Savagnin is a beautiful wine with wonderful balance between fruit, acidity and length on the palate.

Flavours are citrus, pear and almonds complemented by a crisp, clean finish.

Savagnin pairs wonderfully with oysters, grilled fish, hard cheeses, roast duck and ham.

Rusty Fig Rose is made from Tempranillo, Spain's premier wine grape.

Our Rose is made in a typical 'Provençal' style. Its savoury, refreshing style makes it an elegant wine to enjoy with light meals.
