This wine is offered for the first time in 2018 in strictly limited quantities. Made with Savagnin grapes using the 'ancestral method' for sparkling wine in which the secondary fermentation occurs naturally in the bottle without adding sugar by truncating the first fermentation. It is frequently referred to as Pet Nat (Pétillant-natural).
The flavour and fragrance are of intense fruit with a lively, easy drinking style. Best drunk within 2 years of bottling.
